At CRYSTAL YOKE, every drop is custom design and measurements that you will find no where else — and we want you to feel confident in every purchase.

Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. In the instance you have any issues regarding your product, please refer to our contact page and we’d be happy to help resolve any possible issues. If the items are lost, misplaced or stolen during the shipping phase, Crystal Yoke  does not claim liability; as referenced in our terms of service. Please contact the shipping company attached to the tracking number to address any issues. 

We only accept returns on items that arrive with a manufacturing defect or damage caused prior to shipment. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered to be eligible. Items must be returned in original condition with all tags intact. Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at crystalyoke.info@gmail.com with photos and short video. We'll make it right.

Ordering the wrong size doesn't guarantee a refund; any return or exchange is at the customer's expense. All policies remain applicable. Please review sizing guides before purchase. Contact support for assistance.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Modifications

Any requests to modify or cancel an order must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, we are unable to make changes as fulfilment may have already begun.
